It was definitely enjoyable to have in Hong Kong, for the humidity and the novelty value, but I doubt I’d drink it at home

This beer is available in the States too! I think it’s a pretty large outfit. The beer is a marginal lager at best but it’s still refreshing when ice cold! Cheers

And it tastes like a very delightful lemon chicken too – yet with a much fresher and more natural sauce.

We’ve had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend a stay. And thank you, the talk went very well.

Everything looks amazing, very vibrant colours! The bean curd in lemon sauce looks exactly like the lemon chicken I frequently get from my local Chinese restaurant

Great to see the swastika in its original setting and with its original meaning on the big Buddha!.

Very interesting stuff What I want you to find out while you are there, though, is why only some Cantonese restaurants have my favourite dish, deep-fried shredded chicken in black bean sauce, on the menu. Others will make it if you ask for it, but most of them either don’t want to make it, don’t think the sauce will go well with the chicken, or, if I then insist, they give me the sauce separate from the chicken

I’ve asked a few Chinese people here and none of them could tell me!

Something to consider since there are LOTS of intestines about in HK. I’m okay with some offal, but I’d rather not chow down on any dog balls. . . Just saying.
