
1 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup butter or margarine
3/4 cup raspberry jam or preserves
1/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons maple syrup
In a microwave safe bowl, combine the peanut butter and butter. Microwave uncovered on high for 1-1 1/2 minutes, or until melted. Stir until smooth. Add jam, honey and syrup. Mix well. Serve warm with croissants or toast.
I used homemade raspberry jam, but you can use any flavour you like. Also, use a good honey because the flavour of it really comes through. Noms!
This makes a fantastic breakfast treat. Don’t eat it too often though, or you’ll be the size of a baby elephant.
